Mini Bear Fabric

VINTAGE RAYON Velvet
This is one of the easiest to sew fabrics for making miniature teddy bears. The backing on this fabric is tight like broadcloth making it extremely easy to stitch and turn the tiniest of teddy bears.  This is a med/short pile fabric and it absolutely will NOT fray.
